Engineering Design, Fabrication, Installation, Operation, and Maintenance Services in Support of Research on Laser Plasma Physics

Abstract

SFA provided research support to the Naval Research Laboratory Beam Physics Branch by providing engineering layouts and modifications for the various high-power microwave and coherent radiation sources and laser plasma physics. SFA also reconfigured the feeds of the 12 resonant coils in the modified betatron to operate at a peak voltage as high as 55 kV.
