Abstract

This Directive implements reference (a) Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular Bo. A-127, by establishing policy, responsibilities, and procedures to be followed in developing, operating, evaluating, and reporting on financial management systems within the Department of Defense. It does not apply to systems of marginal importance to the financial management decision making process.
