DoD Counterintelligence Support to Unified and Specified Commands

Abstract

Under the authority of references (a) and (b) establishes policies, assigns responsibilities, and prescribes procedures to ensure that the counterintelligence requirements of the Commanders in Chief of the Unified and Specified Commands are met under the parameters established by Law, Executive order, and DoD Directives. Provides general principles for the command relationships and support requirements between the counterintelligence organizations of the Military Departments and the Unified and Specified Commands during peacetime, exercises, contingencies, and through the spectrum of armed conflict.
