CHAMPUS Health Care Finder and Participating Provider Program (HCF and PPP)

Abstract

This Instruction: 1. Establishes policy and assigns responsibilities under reference (a). 2. Prescribes procedures under reference (b) to enable the Military Services to enhance health care services provided CHAMPUS beneficiaries in the civilian community, when needed services are not available in the military treatment facility (MTF), through referral to civilian health care providers who participate in the HCF&PPP program.
