DoD Criminal Investigation Standards, Policies, and Procedures

Abstract

This Directive authorizes the publication of DoD 5505.1-N, "DoD Criminal Investigation Policy and Procedure Manual," consistent with reference (a), to provide expanded guidance on investigative policies and procedures under references (b) and (c). Upon publication of DoD 5505.1-N, references (d) through (i) are canceled.
