Abstract

This Instruction: 1. Reissues reference (a). 2. Authorizes the publication of DoD 6010.8-R, "Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Uniformed Services (CHAMPUS)," consistent with DoD 5025.1-M (reference (b)). The DoD 6010.8-R provides guidelines for the worldwide administration of CHAMPUS and prescribes a uniform policy for an ) equitable delivery of authorized health care benefits to all beneficiaries.
