Abstract

This Instruction: 1. Reissues reference (a) to update policy, responsibilities, and reporting requirements, and establishes policy for preparing information for DD Form 2487, "DoD Inspector General Semiannual Report to the Congress" (hereafter referred to as the "Semiannual Report"). 2. Implements references (b) and (c).
