Standardization of Code on Dental Procedures

Abstract

This Instruction reissues reference (a) DoD Instruction 6410.2, subject as above, April 3, 1987, to update policy, responsibilities, and procedures, and uniform codes and nomenclature for reporting dental procedures among the Military Services. This Instruction applies to the Office of the Secretary of Defense and the Military Departments. The term Military Services, as used herein, refers to the Army, the Navy, the Air Force, and the Marine Corps.
