Abstract

This Directive reissues Reference (a) and incorporates portions of Reference (b) to reflect current responsibilities and relationships of the United States Permanent Representative on the North Atlantic Council; the Defense Advisor, USNATO/Senior Civilian Representative of the Secretary of Defense in Europe (SECDEFREPEUR) and other Department of Defense personnel assigned to the United States Mission to NATO (USNATO); and the principal staff assistants to the Secretary of Defense. References (a) and (b) are hereby superseded and canceled.
