Reporting of Dependents of Active Duty Military Personnel and U.S. Citizen Employees

Abstract

This Instruction, under reference (a), reissues reference (b) to provide for the collection of command and non-command sponsored military dependents and increases the frequency of reporting all categories of dependents. It prescribes uniform reporting requirements designed to provide responsible officials in the Office of the Secretary of Defense with a central source of data for use in formulating and evaluating dependent's programs.
