MORS/ITEA Mini-Symposium Emphasizing the E in T and E Held in Newport, Rhode Island
Abstract
This is the Proceedings of the joint Military Operations Research Society (MORS) and International Test and Evaluation Association (ITEA) mini- symposium on emphasizing the 'E' in T and E. The mini-symposium was held at the Naval War College, Newport, RI, on 1, 2, and 3 October 1991.
