Abstract

This document addresses the management of bulk Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act of 1980 (CERCLA) waste at RMA. The proposed activities consists of the assessment, design, construction, operation, and closure of a facility to manage bulk CERCLA wastes.
