An Analysis of Discipline Rates Among Racial/Ethnic Groups in the U.S. Military

Abstract

The purpose of this report is to present the findings of an examination of disciplinary data from Military Equal Opportunity Assessments (MEOA) reports. The objective is to determine the changes over time and the representation of racial/ethnic groups among punishments, and to explain possible underlying reasons for differences.
