Consortium Requirements Engineering Guidebook

Abstract

The Consortium Requirements Engineering (CoRE) method is a method for capturing, specifying, and analyzing software requirements. The Consortium has worked with industrial developers of real-time and embedded systems to identify their key problems and to provide a method that addresses their needs. CoRE supports the development of precise, testable specifications that are demonstrably complete and consistent. CoRE also supports key process issues, such as managing changing requirements and reuse.
