Cleanroom Engineering Handbook. Volume 2. Organization and Project Formation in the Cleanroom Environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this handbook is to provide managers with guidance in developing plans on the organization and project levels for the development of software using the Cleanroom process. Additionally, guidance on directing and controlling the implementation of the plan, will be presented to help managers ensure that projects are properly executed. Planning, directing and controlling are just a few of the aspects of a manager's role in the Cleanroom process. The planning, directing and controlling requirements for managers at different levels differ as do the requirements at different stages of the project.
