Abstract

The Environmental Baseline Assessment Report consists of four sections. Section 1.0 is the Introduction. A description of the methodology employed in the EBA, including the records search, the geophysical survey, the soils and groundwater investigations, the identification of potential contaminants of concern, and recommendations criteria for disposition of the NOAA site are presented in Section 2.0. Section 3.0 presents and discusses the findings of the EBA, including the NOAA site history and current use. the NOAA site environmental setting, and the investigation results for Areas 1, 2. 3, 4, and 5 of the NOAA site.
