This report summarized the administrative, operation, research, and consultative activities of the Health Physics Staff, Code 6070 for the calendar year 1983, the Staff has defined each of its primary safety responsibilities and technical functions as programs or projects. The index on page iii of this report identifies each by number and discusses the annual progress of each in a subsequent, appropriately numbered paragraph.
