America 2029: Time is Limited for the Budget Deficit and Congress

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to provide an in depth analysis of the positive and negative aspects of congressional term limitations. It also analyzes the effectiveness of the two year term for members of the House of Representatives. The analysis takes the budget deficit into consideration when making a final conclusion as to the proper course of action. The conclusion shows term limitations and a four year term of office for members of the House of Representatives will enhance our democratic institution.
