Abstract

This Handbook provides detailed information about the need for and formation of Process Action Teams. The resources needed from the organization, including management leadership, training, resource personnel and support, are described. The parts and importance of the Team Charter are presented. Details of the team meeting are given, including agendas of the initial meetings. Most importantly, RAC's Continuous Improvement Strategy is discussed; this provides a step-by-step roadmap for the PAT to follow as it progresses along the improvement process.
