Earth Resources. A Continuing Bibliography with Indexes

Abstract

The technical literature described in this continuing bibliography may be helpful to researchers in numerous disciplines such as agriculture and forestry, geography and cartography, geology and mining, oceanography and fishing, environmental control, and many others. Until recently it was impossible for anyone to examine more than a minute fraction of the Earth's surface continuously. Now vast areas can be observed synoptically, and changes noted in both the Earth's lands and waters, by sensing instrumentation on orbiting spacecraft or on aircraft.
