Water Quality Research Program

Abstract

Over the past few years, one of the important topics of discussion among representatives from the U.S. Army Waterways Experiment Station, the Headquarters, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and the Committee on Water Quality has been the need to develop a more comprehensive and integrated Water Quality Research Program (WQRP). The basis used for developing a more comprehensive and integrated WQRP, as well as the research technology areas, thrusts, and work units to be considered, are presented in this document.
