The Ground Radio Communications (AFSC 2E1X3) career ladder was surveyed to obtain current job and task data for use in updating career ladder training documents and the tech school training program. Survey results are based on data collected from 2,251 AFSC 2E1X3 personnel. This represents 57 percent of the total assigned population
