Abstract
The Fiscal Year 1990 surface water report is divided into six sections and two appendices. Section 1 provides a brief historical review of the surface water program at the RMA. Section 2 provides the general setting, the defined drainage basin and surface water features at RMA. Section 3 provides a detailed discussion of FY90 surface water CMP strategies and methodologies. Section 4 presents the water quality and quantity data collected during FY90 in the major RMA drainage basins. Section 5 provides an assessment of the collected surface water data. Section 6 provides conclusions and examines trends of FY90 data compared to previous year data. Appendix A includes information related to surface water quantity and appendix B includes information related to surface water quality.
