Abstract

This report provides the Federal Infrastructure Strategy Initiative with a snap-shot in time of Federal resources committed to infrastructure research and development (R&D). Resources are defined as levels of funding, and the number of Federal laboratories engages in infrastructure related R&D. This is the second in a series of interim reports prepared to support the Federal Infrastructure Strategy Initiative, a 3-year program to explore the development of an integrated multi-agency Federal infrastructure strategy.
