Abstract

This case study describes the use of a disputes prevention process, Partnering, on a large (in excess of $150,000,000) construction project. This study describes the whole process from finalizing the contract and decision to use Partnering to the participants' assessments of Partnering. This study provides an example of 'how to' accomplish Partnering for a large construction project.
