Civil Tiltrotor Northeast Corridor Delay Analysis

Abstract

This report documents an analysis of the effects of the introduction of civil tiltrotor (CTR) service on airport delays. The analysis is intended as one in a set of analyses designed to provide information to senior decision makers and other interested parties on the potential effects of CTR service on National Airspace System performance. It is a limited analysis of a scenario that addresses the introduction of CTR services into the Northeast Corridor of the United States using several simplifying assumptions.
