Abstract

This report sets forth the major recommendations of the Optoelectronics Industry Development Association (OIDA) to improve the competitiveness of North American optoelectronics industry. The report summarizes an effort to determine the greatest market opportunities and key technical barriers, and to identify the highest priorities for improving the competitiveness of the industry.
