Community Environmental Response Facilitation Act (CERFA) Report, Pueblo Depot Activity, Colorado

Abstract

This report presents the results of the Community Environmental Response Facilitation Act (CERFA) investigation conducted by Environmental Resources Management (ERM) at Pueblo Depot Activity (PUDA), a U.S. Government property selected for closure by the Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) commission. Under CERFA, Federal agencies are required to identify expeditiously real property that can be immediately reused and redeveloped. Satisfying this objective requires the identification of real property where no hazardous substances or petroleum products, regulated by the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), were stored for one year or more, known to have been released, or disposed.
