Micro Computer Feedback Report for the Strategic Leader Development Inventory

Abstract

In 1990, the U.S. Army War College (USAWC) saw the need for a tool to provide leadership developmental feedback to incoming students as an aid to their planning for the resident year and progress following that year. The U.S. Army Research Institute for the Behavioral and Social Sciences (ARI) developed and pilot tested the Strategic Leader Development Inventory (SLDI) to satisfy that need. As a part of the concept, an automated feedback printing program was developed to enable user organizations to print graphic feedback that facilitates student interpretation of SLDI scale scores. That program was developed for the academic year 91-92 pilot test and was revised for the academic year 92-93 field test of the SLDI. ASM, SLDI, PCL, Computer, Assembler, Leadership
