Microstructure and Crystal Defects in Perovskite Crystals with A-Site Cation Ordering

Abstract

Microstructure of ordered A-site perovskites has been studied by transmission electron microscopy and electron diffraction. Determination of the diffuseness of the ferroelectric phase transition as a function of temperature allow the diameter of the microregions (Kanzig regions) to be determined.
