Abstract

This Engineer's Handbook was developed under the Central Archive for Reusable Defense Software (CARDS) Program to help facilitate advances in software reuse techniques and technologies. This document provides guidance to government System Program Office (SPO) Engineers on envisioned changes to their duties and responsibilities as domain-specific software reuse becomes incorporated into mainstream DoD system/software acquisition and engineering processes.
