Wound Healing by Cultured Skin Cells and Growth Factors

Abstract

The major objective of our studies was to contribute to the understanding of cellular interactions that occur during the process of wound healing. The specific aim being to determine the role of cultured epidermal cells and growth factors produced by them in re-epithelization and formation of neodermis during would healing.
