Abstract

This handbook is a comprehensive, yet structured, approach toward resolving legal issues evolving from depolyment activities. This book is organized to enhance the understanding of the role of law in military operations of all types. Most facets of military law touch the aspect of operational law and are dealt-with in this handbook. Also included are bibliographies of relevant legal documents, both National and International operational law applies to both strategic and tactical operations.
