Abstract

This bibliography has been assembled as an aid to those who are interested in research, engineering, and development of vertical flight aircraft including helicopters, tiltrotor, and tiltwing vehicles. The intended audience includes people within the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), in industry, and in state and local governments. Reports includes in this bibliography are FAA documents specifically related, in whole or in part, to vertical flight aircraft. The majority of the documents have been sponsored or authored by the research, engineering, and development elements of the FAA.
