Abstract

This report provides information on Department of Defense (DoD) prime awards of contracts, grants, and agreements to educational and other nonprofit institutions for research, development, test, and evaluation (RDT&T). The awards are further categorized by type of RDT&T funding and displayed within two major RDT&E budget categories: (1) Technology Base and (2) Development. This information is shown in three tables, organized by awards to: U.S. Educational and Other Nonprofit Institutions Receiving DoD Prime Awards of Contracts, Grants, and Agreements for Technology Base; U.S. Educational and Other Nonprofit Institutions Receiving DoD Prime Awards of Contracts, Grants, and Agreements for Development; and U.S. Federal, State, and Local Government Agencies Receiving DoD Prime Awards of Contracts, Grants, and Agreements for RDT&E.
