This proceedings is the product of a symposium held 26 and 28 April 1994 in Washington, DC. Representatives from invited agencies presented papers addressing the following topics: agency mission, jurisdiction, information needs, process, issues of interest, current agency activities, information gaps/problems, and products/results.
