Abstract

This report is a compilation of dielectric materials properties. It was originally published in February, 1944, by the Laboratory for Insulation Research, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, for the National Defense Research Committee, Division 14, Report No. 237. This report contains measurements of dielectric constant and loss for a variety of materials over a wide frequency range.
