Natural Aerosol Extinction Module XSCALE 92 User's Guide.
Abstract
XSCALE* is an empirical and semi-empirical model based on measurements and theoretical calculations of extinction due to naturally occurring aerosols. This model can be used to calculate transmission along horizontal and slant paths near the surface of the earth. This description of XSCALE is an enhancement of descriptions previously released.
