Response Action Plan for the Basin F Interim Response Action Waste Pile.
Abstract
The Basin F Waste Pile is constructed with a double liner system that includes a leachate collection system and a leak detection system. This respone action describes the construction of the waste pile and its component system. It also discusses the mechanism that are in place to ensure proper, timely detection and response to abnormal liquids in the leak detection and collection system. This rap also describes the normal waste pile operation and conditions into three sections. Background information on the waste pile and its associated systems is described in section 2. Section 3 presents technical information to support the selected ALR and RLL rates for the basin F waste pile. Section 4 presents the response actions corresponding to ALR and RLL rates for the basin F waste pile.
