Abstract

The Research and Development Management Information System (RDMIS) is a standard tool for reporting and managing research and development work. RDMIS has three major modules: CIVIL, MILITARY, and FINANCIAL PLANNING. This document provides the information necessary for end users to effectively use RDMIS.
