Accounting for Water Supply and Demand. An Application of Computer Program WEAP to the Upper Chattahoochee River Basin, Georgia.

Abstract

This training document has three objectives. First, to illustrate the capability of computer program WEAP to account for all supply and demand in a water balance analysis. Second, to provide a WEAP user with a document that illustrates how the program is applies to a multiple-use watershed with a major river and reservoir and to pass on the experience gained in this effort. Third, to offer observations on the application to the upper Chattahoochee River Basin, Georgia.
