Thermally-Induced Unsymmetric Optical Distortion of Output Window of High-Power CO sub 2 Laser,

Abstract

Thermally-induced unsymmetric optical distortion of the output window of high-power CO2 lasers has been investigated theoretically and experimentally. This kind of distortion could lead to resonator misalignment. (mm)
