Room-Temperature Photocurrent Spectroscopy of GaAs/GaAlAs Multiple Quantum Wells,

Abstract

By means of room temperature photocurrent spectroscopy, we have studied the effect of electric fields on exciton absorption in GaAs/GaAlAs multiple quantum wells (MQW) and discuss in this paper the effect of an electric field on the photocurrent spectra for some kinds of MWQ structures. The material requirement for related optoelectric devices MQW is also discussed. (jg)
