Study of Frequency Doubling Antireflection Coating,

Abstract

This article carries out detailed study and discussion, both theoretically and in terms of experimentation, on frequency doubling dual wavelength increased transparency or anti-reflection films or coatings. It puts forth film or coating series designs and error analysis, as well as production processes, and solves problems of film or coating uniformity and waveband width. (MM)
