Abstract

This study of the human resource costs of flooding, and the capacity of local publics for effective participation by the Institute for Water Resources with the assistance of contractors at the request of the Huntington District. The objectives of the study were to assist the District with the development of methods to formulate and evaluate innovative strategies for the solution of long-standing flooding problems in the Tug Fork River Basin of West Virginia and Kentucky, -BKA
