Abstract

This report presents the results of an occupational survey of the First Sergeant career ladder completed by the Occupational Analysis Flight, Air Force Occupational Measurement Squadron, in August 1994. A request to conduct this survey was made by HQ USAFiDPPE. The previous survey was completed in 1984. The intent of the present survey is to gather updated information about the career ladder and aid in the review of the course curriculum taught at the First Sergeant Academy at Maxwell AFB AL. swr
