Analysis Of The Naval Postgraduate School Computer Network Architecture.

Abstract

The computer network on the Naval Postgraduate School campus has become an integral part of the operations of the Naval Postgraduate School organization. An analysis of the network architecture will help formulate strategic plans that will support the network and the Naval Postgraduate School to the end of the century. This study describes the Naval Postgraduate School computer network architecture, driving forces, imitations, and possible measures of network benefits. It considers network alternatives and reasonable transition strategies. The study offers recommendations for improvements to the existing network architecture.
