Offpost Interim Response Action, Alternatives Assessment, Task 39, Version 2.2.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to conduct an assessment of interim response actions (IRA) that could (1) Reduce exposure of the population to potentially contaminated ground water and (2) Mitigate ground water containment migration north of RMA. The assessment focused on evaluating actions that would, in addition to the present program of monitoring and supplying an alternate water supply, begin to control migration before long-term actions are implemented. For this study, a preliminary list of interim response goals was developed to define cleanup levels. (jg)
