Abstract

A bibliography of publications on and related to underwater acoustic fluctuation phenomena is given. The bibliography is annotated with up to three items: the abstract of each publication, a list of keywords characterizing the publication's subject matter, and one or more comments describing the publication's subject matter in more detail.
