Preliminary Assessment/Site Inspection, Kalakaket Creek Radio Relay Station, Alaska.
Abstract
The Air Force has conducted a Preliminary Assessment/Site Inspection (PAISI) at Kalakaket Creek RRS, Alaska. This PA/SI report describes the Areas of Concern (AOC) present at the facility that were identified through the literature search, personnel interviews, and site inspections. The activities completed during the performance of the PA/SI and the findings of the investigation are summarized. The report also provides conclusions based on these results and presents recommendations for additional response actions or investigations where appropriate. -BKA
